Christian is a seasoned professional in the estate agency industry, with an impressive 15 years of experience under his belt. Having lived in Worcestershire all his life, Christian knows the Wychavon district very well, providing invaluable knowledge to his clients. Throughout his career, he has worked in varying markets but his passion for property is evident with his commitment to providing a great service. He started his estate agency career in the corporate world as an ambitious apprentice and swiftly climbed the ranks where he learnt the true values and work ethic to succeed. In recent years he has been running a highly successful agency in the area where market share was the focus. Christian’s passion for property doesn’t just involve work, he loves a renovation project. Christian’s energetic nature is also evident in his spare time having an active lifestyle and enjoying walking with his two dogs.

Heather serves as our dedicated office administrator with a background in customer service and a wealth of experience in the industry. With a sporting background, recently competing at the Commonwealth Games, her competitive nature and can do attitude translates into her work. She also has the hardest job of them all which is the unfortunate task of keeping Christian inline out of office hours.

Dash and Charlie's role within the agency is to protect the office and make sure the day-to-day running of Christian Lewis Property is up to scratch. They are very, very needy but their friendliness and approachable nature are some core values of that of Christian Lewis Property.

James is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for property and customer service. With a proven track record of delivering excellence within the industry, he consistently strives to exceed expectations and go the extra mile. With many years of experience at manager level, he brings extensive expertise in property management and tenant relations. James has a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics, allowing for strategic pricing and positioning of rental properties. He prides himself on excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with tenants, property owners and vendors alike. Outside of work, James enjoys a quiet life, opting to spend his time with family and partaking in outdoor pursuits.
